Vinoo Krishnan is the Founder and Executive Director of VIVAR International Advisory Group. With more than two decades of experience across international business, corporate advisory, strategic relationships, and cross-border commercial activities, he has worked with businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, and institutions across Europe, the GCC, Asia, and Africa.

Throughout his career, Vinoo has been involved in supporting organisations navigating international growth, market expansion, commercial partnerships, corporate structuring, and cross-border opportunities. His experience spans multiple industries and jurisdictions, providing him with a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses operating across international markets.

At VIVAR, he is responsible for the firm's strategic direction, client engagement, and relationship development activities, while overseeing the delivery of advisory, intelligence, and commercial support services across the Group's areas of focus.

Vinoo's professional approach is grounded in discretion, long-term relationship building, and a commitment to helping clients make informed decisions in increasingly complex international environments. Under his leadership, VIVAR continues to develop its presence across the United Kingdom, GCC, India, Singapore, and selected African markets, supporting clients through trusted advisory relationships and practical commercial insight.

VIVAR engagements draw on a network of subject-matter advisers across trade finance, banking, law, logistics, and market intelligence. Advisers are engaged on a mandate-specific basis, under confidentiality, and within the conflict-of-interest framework set out in the group's governance standards.
